“I host a number of sites with them none of which are high bandwidth and I have never had any problems. Their support is second to none and I love the live chat. They always answer the phone promptly and I have never been stuck in call waiting hell. I think their price has gone up slightly from when this review was written as I think for the first year it is 8.95 per month and then goes down to 6.95 per month if you buy 3 years worth.
